Since early 2020 both departments of the former Institute of Botany (in place since 1829) are members of the Institute of Biology, they were restructured and realigned: Molecular Botany (190a) and Plant Evolutionary Biology (190b).
Molecular Botany (190a)
'Molecular Botany' treats topical areas of botany, such as physiological interactions of plants with other organisms, chemical and molecular ecology of plant-insect-interactions, plant-environment, and multitrophic interactions.
